Returns Policy

At Galaxtoys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That's why we offer a Hassle-Free 90-Day Return Policy on most unused or unopened items.

General Policy

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts).
  • Returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request from our support team before sending back your item.
  • Galaxtoys reserves the right to approve or decline returns at our discretion. In some cases, photo documentation may be required.

Return Conditions

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
  • If you are returning an item for other reasons (such as a change of mind), you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Certain products, such as clearance items, digital products, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for details.
  • Bulk orders (4 units or more of the same item) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Carefully repackage the item in its original condition.
  3. Include your RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval and status of your refund.

Important Notes

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Galaxtoys is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.
